The earlier you book, the better the seats! Deposit/payment policies - For 2009 CMA Music Fest, Nashville Express requires a $150 per person non refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance is due in our office by 4/1/09. All packages booked after 4/1/09 require full payment by credit card at the time of booking. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders or checks are accepted. All prices are based on payment in U.S. Dollars. No meals, tips or gratuities are included unless otherwise stated. Cancellation policies- Cancellations between the time of booking & 4/1/09 will forfeit the $150 deposit. Cancellations after 4/1/09 are not refundable Hotel check in - Hotel check in times are 3:00pm or after central time. |
