The earlier you book, the better the seats!
Deposit/payment policies - For 2011 CMA Music Fest, we require a $200 per person non refundable deposit for Lower level seats, a $225 per person non refundable deposit for Lower level premium seats, a $275 per person non refundable deposit for Floor level seats, and Gold Circle reservations require a $400 per person non refundable deposit, all at the time of booking.
SEATS ARE ASSIGNED AT THE TIME OF DEPOSIT.
Balance is due in our office by 3/15/11. All packages booked after 4/1/11 require full payment by credit card at the time of booking. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders or checks are accepted. All prices are based on payment in U.S. Dollars. No meals, tips or gratuities are included unless otherwise stated. Cancellation policies- Cancellations between the time of booking & 3/15/11 will forfeit the minimum deposit. Cancellations after 4/1/11 are not refundable Hotel check in - Hotel check in times are 3:00pm or after central time.
