Deposit/payment policies - For 2012 CMA Music Fest, we require a $250 per person non refundable deposit for Club Level Premium, Lower level, Lower Level Premium seats, and Floor Level seats. Gold Circle reservations require a $400 per person non refundable deposit, all at the time of booking.
Balance is due in our office by 3/15/12. All packages booked after 4/1/12 require full payment by credit card at the time of booking. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, money orders or checks are accepted. All prices are based on payment in U.S. Dollars. No meals, tips or gratuities are included unless otherwise stated. Cancellation policies- Cancellations between the time of booking & 3/15/12 will forfeit the minimum deposit. Cancellations after 4/1/12 are not refundable Hotel check in - Hotel check in times are 3:00pm or after central time.
